Hexaware Technologies has been named an Anthropic authorised reseller for Amazon Bedrock, allowing the IT services company to sell, integrate and support Claude AI models for enterprise customers worldwide.

The agreement gives Hexaware’s clients direct access to Claude models, along with implementation, customisation and managed services.

The designation places Hexaware among a select group of companies globally authorised to resell Claude. Developed by Anthropic, Claude is used by enterprises for generative AI applications and is available through Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Web Services’ managed platform for foundation models.

Claude has been developed with a focus on safety and reliability, making it suitable for complex enterprise use cases in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing and retail.

Customers will be able to access Claude models through a single commercial framework, with consolidated billing, service-level agreement-backed support and clear accountability. The offering also includes governance for regulated and critical environments, as well as tailored deployments using retrieval-augmented generation, custom prompts and domain tuning.

The reseller status strengthens Hexaware’s ability to deliver Claude-powered solutions across areas including intelligent document processing, compliance automation, customer service, clinical data summarisation, supply chain intelligence and AI-assisted software engineering.

Hexaware is also scaling Claude-first solutions for clients, with a focus on AI in the software development life cycle, private equity transformation and cybersecurity. The company has established a dedicated AI centre of excellence to support AI strategy, architecture and implementation across its global delivery network.
